1. Accepted Payment Methods

At NZ Market we offer a range of secure payment options so you can check out with confidence. We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The exact methods available to you are shown on the checkout page.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payment is completed at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped until full payment has been received and authorised.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed and will not be dispatched.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices listed on NZ Market are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Secure Payment Processing

  • Our checkout uses SSL encryption and trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
  • We do not see or store your full card details — payments are handled securely by our payment providers.

5. Order Confirmation

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and are issued to the original payment method.
  • If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at contact@nzmarket.co before opening a chargeback, so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks will be disputed.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • We may hold, verify or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
  • Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value or flagged transactions.
