Returns
Yes, you can return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased from NZ Market, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging, exactly as it was delivered.
- Only normal handling of the product is acceptable; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
- For hygiene-sensitive items, products must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
- The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, your return will be officially approved during this period.
How to Return an Order
If your order qualifies for return, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@nzmarket.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- A photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
- Your full name
- Your address
We will then provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not return items to the original sender address.
Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (natural persons not acting for commercial or professional purposes) have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), received the goods.
Important Notes:
- As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible until delivery.
- If goods are already in transit, please wait until you receive them, then initiate a return.
- You may notify us of your cancellation in advance.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify NZ Market clearly (for example, via email). The withdrawal is valid once we receive the returned goods.

We are not responsible for delays once goods are in transit.
