Processing Time

Orders take 1–2 business days on average to process before dispatch.

Each order goes through verification, quality checks, and secure packaging before dispatch. This may take an additional 1–2 business days. For popular items, we aim to keep inventory on hand to allow same-day shipping whenever possible.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–9 business days depending on location and stock availability. Some regions may take longer (7–14 business days).

Note: Public holidays, customs delays, and high-demand seasons (October–December) may extend delivery times. We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Orders

We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or incorrect/insufficient address details.

If you notice an incorrect address on your order confirmation, email us immediately with the correct details. Once processed, addresses cannot be changed and we are not liable for mis-delivery.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Orders may ship from a regional fulfillment center or our main global warehouse.
