Been wearing this for three weeks now and the morning heel pain is basically gone. The padding is comfortable enough to sleep in and the metal bar thing keeps everything in the right position.
Massive difference! Used to hobble around first thing in the morning.
Really helps with the heel pain but took me about a week to get used to sleeping with it on. The straps are a bit fiddly to adjust in the dark but once you get it right it stays put all night.
The foam padding makes it bearable to wear all night. Achilles feels much better in the mornings now, wish I'd bought this ages ago.
